Dream 50 Terms

Scope of Services; Client-Sourced and Non-Standard Episodes

Standard Scope (Dream 50).
MD shall provide a done-for-you guest acquisition and production service, including sourcing and booking up to fifty (50) qualified guests, preparation of interview outlines, and full production of each episode (the “Standard Scope”).

Non-Standard Episodes.
Any episode that falls outside the Standard Scope (each, a “Non-Standard Episode”) includes, without limitation: (a) any guest introduced or booked directly by Client (“Client-Sourced Episode”); (b) any recording not conducted through MD’s production process; and (c) any episode requiring additional editing, restructuring, or recovery work beyond MD’s standard production workflow.

All Non-Standard Episodes, including Client-Sourced Episodes, shall count toward the total number of episodes included in this Agreement.

Flex Allowance.
Client shall be entitled to up to five (5) Non-Standard Episodes per contract term at no additional charge (the “Flex Allowance”). Unused Flex Allowance does not roll over or increase the total number of episodes.

Episode Allocation Following Flex Allowance.
After the Flex Allowance has been exhausted:
(a) each Client-Sourced Episode shall count as one-half (0.5) episode toward the total episode allotment; and
(b) each externally recorded or otherwise complex Non-Standard Episode shall count as one (1) full episode.

MD shall have sole discretion to classify episodes based on the level of production effort required.

Production Standards.
Client shall ensure that any externally provided recordings meet commercially reasonable audio and technical standards. MD reserves the right to require re-recording if such standards are not met and to adjust delivery timelines for Non-Standard Episodes requiring additional production effort.

Tracking and Notice.
MD shall track Client’s use of Non-Standard Episodes and will provide reasonable notice when the Flex Allowance is nearing exhaustion and when it has been fully utilized.

Service Alignment and Modification.
Client acknowledges that the Dream 50 service is structured primarily as a guest sourcing and production system. In the event Client’s usage materially deviates from the Standard Scope, including sustained reliance on Non-Standard Episodes beyond the Flex Allowance, MD reserves the right to require modification of the service scope, pricing, or applicable terms, or to recommend transition to a different service offering better aligned with Client’s usage.

Client understands that BMD Publishing (Book Marketing Done for You) makes no guarantees and offers no refunds.
